PRICE ANNOUNCES $10M GRANT TO FAYETTEVILLE AIRPORT

Congressman David E. Price (NC-04), Ranking Member of the House Transportation, Housing and Urban Development (T-HUD) Appropriations Subcommittee, announced that the City of Fayetteville will receive a $10 million grant to expand the terminal building at Fayetteville Regional Airport. The grant will be provided by the Federal Aviation Administration’s Airport Improvement Program (AIP), which is funded by the Airport and Airway Trust Fund as part of the annual T-HUD Appropriations bill. The AIP program helps eligible airports pay for improvements to enhance airport safety, capacity, and security or mitigate environmental and noise concerns.
