Regions of Bretagne Releases Two More Phases; Announces Fall Home Site Selection Event

-

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 5 /PRNewswire/ — Forthcoming luxury home community The Regions of Bretagne has announced an upcoming elaborate, themed home site sales event scheduled for the weekends of October 19 – 21 and November 2 – 4. The event will be held on the lots of Phase Four and Phase Five of the highly anticipated six-phase community.

The event will create an atmosphere reflective of the names of the two featured phases. Phase Four, “Nottingham,” will immerse attendees in an Old English-style environment, while Phase Five, “Tuscany,” will capture an authentic Italian feel. Tours of both phases will be given, regionally-themed activities will be held for children, and generous incentives will be offered to attendees who purchase home sites the day of the event.

“What differentiates The Regions of Bretagne is the living experience it will create for residents of all ages,” said Bretagne Development Group Director of Sales Rick Walliser. “Our goal is to hold an event that will provide a sample of the mood and feel of the family-friendly resort-style living Bretagne residents will experience every day.”

The Regions of Bretagne’s previous home site selection event resulted in a near sellout within two hours. A similar success is predicted for the upcoming one. “Ever since we broke ground on Bretagne, demand for home sites has been phenomenal,” says Troy Ludemann, Director of Land Development. “It’s very
possible that all of our available lots will sell out before the end of October.”

Construction on The Regions of Bretagne’s infrastructure began on July 16, 2007, with completion of phases 1 – 3 scheduled for mid January. Home owners can then apply for permits to begin building.

The event is being planned and produced by Vizhun Marketing, a full-service marketing agency located in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
